Happily Grey

And just like that, it’s Friday-slash-February-slash-Superbowl weekend, again. Where there hell is time going? 

Anyway instead of sitting here complaining about time flying, I guess I should make some plans for the weekend. I’m moving to a new apartment so I’ve spent most of my down time consuming heaps of caffeine and drawing up decor inspiration whilst also planning a trip to Europe at the end of the month.

My last place had somewhat of a mid-century, Jonathan Adler-esque vibe which I really enjoyed because I love black and there was lots of that. For my new place I’m taking a new minimalist approach, much like what I’m wearing today. Less black and more white and grey with hints of brown. I’m straying away from the high contrast of black and white and finding comfort in the in-between, and hence happily grey. I’ll share photos when it’s ready so be sure to follow me on Instagram.

In other news, ICYMI last night JoJo hit the stage at Late Night with Seth Meyers for the network performance debut of “Save My Soul”. “Save My Soul” is available on iTunes and you can watch the official music video on YouTube.
