Red Carpet Review Angelina Jolie at 2012 Oscars Dress: Atelier Versace Jewelry: Neil Lane Shoes: Salvatore Ferragamo My last red carpet review goes to….the leg. Angie’s leg that is, which by the way, was on payroll all night long. That leg was standing up at “attention” the whole entire time. It even got its own twitter account (@AngiesRightLeg) which racked over 8,000 followers in just a few hours. Back to her gown. Let’s just say, Ms. Jolie did not disappoint. I think she looks sexy in this velvet dress and her red lips were in full effect.

I’m so happy for Octavia and her WIN — and when she looks back at this moment she will be so happy to remember how beautiful she looked. Tadashi has been doing an amazing job with her on the red carpet, but this time time he knocked it out of the park. The dress, the hair, the accessories — it was all right.

Mendel Shoes: Prada Jewelry: Neil Lane I wasn’t crazy about this dress when I saw it on tv, but now reviewing the photos I actually really like the dress. Kristen is not much into glitz and so this perfect gives her all the glamour suited for the Oscars. When looked at unclose, the color seems to blend into her skin tone too much, but when looked at as a whole, the dress is really beautiful on her.

I wasn’t crazy about this dress when I saw it on tv, but now reviewing the photos I actually really like the dress. Kristen is not much into glitz and so this perfect gives her all the glamour suited for the Oscars. When looked at unclose, the color seems to blend into her skin tone too much, but when looked at as a whole, the dress is really beautiful on her.

I think the dress had potential should it had been accessorized differently — perhaps bangles on both wrists instead of the cuffs on one. I like the style of her hair, but it doesn’t look like she went to the best stylist in town and her makeup, well I can’t comment on it because there isn’t any there.

I know Brad Goreski was very proud to have dressed Maya for the big event, and received a lot of praise on twitter for it, but I honestly don’t get it. I think the dress had potential should it had been accessorized differently — perhaps bangles on both wrists instead of the cuffs on one. I like the style of her hair, but it doesn’t look like she went to the best stylist in town and her makeup, well I can’t comment on it because there isn’t any there.

The songstress looked ridiculously stunning in this nude silk mermaid gown. Sure it reminds me of Jay-Z’s album cover for Watch The Throne, but it’s so beautiful. I love the turtleneck, it adds a regal element to the dress. Another one of my Best Dressed tonight. Watch out Jennifer Lopez, Taylor may become the designer’s new muse and I know how much you love Zuhair Murad.

Now this is how you dress to go to the Grammys. The songstress looked ridiculously stunning in this nude silk mermaid gown. Sure it reminds me of Jay-Z’s album cover for Watch The Throne, but it’s so beautiful. I love the turtleneck, it adds a regal element to the dress. Another one of my Best Dressed tonight.

Watch out Jennifer Lopez, Taylor may become the designer’s new muse and I know how much you love Zuhair Murad.

The Barbadian singer was serving demure bombshell in this custom Armani dress. This is no typical LBD (Little Black Dress) — the gold accessories it was paired with were the perfect match. I love the soft makeup with the muted lip and the thick eyeliner. The look doesn’t scream sex, it whispers it. Without a doubt one of my favorites on the red carpet tonight.

I know I know… hear me out. The dress itself is beautiful, and so is the color. The accessories are a great fit and the hair is simple enough and does not steal the shine from the dress. The only problem with this looks is, all together now: the underwear. I personally think she should’ve gone with super nude underwear that actually made her look like she was naked. How sick would that have been? Anyway, Fergie is known to push the boundaries when it comes to fashion and well, that isn’t going to change now.

Call me crazy but I actually don’t hate this look. I know I know… hear me out. The dress itself is beautiful, and so is the color. The accessories are a great fit and the hair is simple enough and does not steal the shine from the dress. The only problem with this looks is, all together now: the underwear. I personally think she should’ve gone with super nude underwear that actually made her look like she was naked. How sick would that have been? Anyway, Fergie is known to push the boundaries when it comes to fashion and well, that isn’t going to change now.
