Dress: Givenchy
Beyonce is doing what she does best, serving drama with lace, feathers, and her mannequin hand. I’m not going to lie, the bottom part of it does look like a shredded up Sully (Monsters, Inc), but I still love it. If I could change one thing about this look, it’d be her hair. I would do something a little more romantic and ethereal. And her hand, I would change her mannequin hand.
Dress: Givenchy
My favorite awkward girl pulled an Amy Winehouse on us and went back to black. But hey, I’m not mad at her, this black custom Givenchy is so red carpet worthy.

A good suit should hug your shoulders, not hang off of them. Most guys are a size smaller than they think they are. If you think you’re a 42 regular, try a 40 regular. Shoulders are to suits what location is to real estate. There should be firmness when you pull on the jacket. If there is no firmness and it doesn’t hug your shoulders, it’s not the right suit for you. It’s one thing even a great tailor can’t adjust. Whether you have strong shoulders or not, you want to accentuate them by having your jacket contour to your body. A tailor can make that happen by nipping it at the sides.

This fitted navy blazer is my “go to” slash wear-with-everything jacket. It’s dressy, it’s casual, it’s flexible and game for anything. I love a full suit but not as much as I love a suit jacket with jeans. Of course there’s a rule to this pairing — your jeans have to be fitted the way your suit trousers would be. The best part of this combo is that you can mix & match into all sorts of combinations. I can wear this navy blazer with a pin dot shirt and a tie like I did here, or simply over a plain T-shirt and jeans.
PS: Roll up the sleeves of your blazer like you would with a shirt to give your look a more relax and casual feel.

To look your best in a trench coat, a few guidelines must be observed. The coat should be fitted and even a little snug at the sides. It should always hit above your knees – any longer and you’ll look like you’re about to flash your genitals. Keep the color simple; khaki is a standard neutral and black or navy are good dark options. Finally, wear your trench with confidence. Go ahead and pop that collar, it was designed to be worn that way.
All three looks Madonna wore last night during her Super Bowl half-time performance were designed by Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy Haute Couture.
Starting with a gold cape with all-over hand-embroidery, gold metal cut-out pieces, studs, crystals, sequins and paillettes, lined in leopard-print chiffon.
After she removed the cape, she revealed an Egyptian queen meets Roman gladiator ensemble. She wore the black mini dress with a leopard print short cape in silk charmeuse hand-embroidered with gold metal cut out pieces, studs, crystals, sequins and paillettes, and a black python hand-studded and hand-embroidered belt with removable matching flaps.
Finally, the Queen of Pop ended her 12-minute set in a black coat, which was hand-embroidered with shiny black rectangular sequins and micro-pearls.
I’m in love with ALL of these looks. They had so much shine it was hard to keep your eyes off of her. But my absolute favorite piece of all was that crown she opened with — it was everything!
